Tender Transfers

To ensure accuracy please put the Full Name of the deceased we have in our care.

Advise us which funeral home you wish to nominate. Please enusre you have spoken with the funeral home first and advised them your loved one is at Tender Transfers.

By signing and submitting this form you agree that:

  • You are the authorised person who is able to engage Tender Transfers for arranging the affairs of the deceased.

  • You agree to indemnify Tender Transfers and its partners should you not be authorised.

  • You will advise the nominiated funeral home that costs for Tender Transfers is invoiced to the nominated funeral home. Should the Funeral home refuse to pay this invoice it will be passed onto you for payment before any funeral home can collect.

When contacting a funeral home advise them that Tender Transfers has done the pickup. The funeral home you select will need to contact Tender Transfers in order to arrange the handover. For the handover to be done the Funeral home will need signed permission on an Authority Release Form.

Fees associated with the pickup of your loved one are sent to your chosen funeral home.
